Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Nurse India, we aim to provide timely and efficient delivery of our physical course materials (Printed Notes) to all our customers. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details on how we handle the shipping of orders.

1. Order Processing:

  • All orders for physical course materials are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the order.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations:

  • Currently, we offer shipping within India only. We do not ship internationally.
  • For delivery to remote or rural locations, additional time may be required.

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
  • Any additional charges such as taxes, customs duties, or delivery surcharges will also be displayed at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • The estimated delivery time for most locations is between 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier services.
  • Please note that these times are estimates, and unforeseen circumstances (like natural calamities or transportation issues) may cause delays.

5. Shipping Carriers:

  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues:

  • Nurse India is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, courier service issues, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters).
  • If the package is undelivered and returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the cost of re-shipping will be charged.

7. Lost or Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so that we can resolve the issue. We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
  • For lost or missing orders, we will open a claim with the shipping carrier and investigate the issue. Once verified, we will either resend the order or provide a refund.

8. Change of Shipping Address:

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

9. Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package two to three times before it is returned to us. If the package is undelivered due to unavailability of the recipient, it will be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
